Dr. Stephanie Steckel, D.D.S.

Dr. Steckel received her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA, and then graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry.  She practiced general dentistry in Pennsylvania and Delaware for 5 years prior to returning to graduate studies in Orthodontics at the Medical College of Georgia.  She completed her Certificate in Orthodontics and became Board Certified in 2003.  Started her practice in Dover, Delaware in 1995.

Dr. Steckel is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.  She currently serves as the President of the Delaware State Society of Orthodontists, Director of the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists and was recently appointed Deans Faculty Member at the University of Maryland Department of Orthodontics.  She and her husband Steve reside in Smyrna, DE and enjoy continuing education with her team, sprint triathlons and life’s humorous moments.
